This fall is going to be great for gamers and I can't wait. Red Dead 2; Assassin's Creed, Odyssey; FALLOUT 76, to name some key ones. Hoping we can all talk about the games and take this group back to what we came here for in the first place.

I have been playing a lot of older games of late as Dragonoso cause the Cheevos are available, replayed Fable 2 & 3, Mass Effect 2, Fallout, New Vegas; Borderlands 2; Far Cry 3 and of course still playing Fallout 4 now and again.

I am a bit leary as to the changes to Fallout 76, but it is pre-ordered (with T51 Helmet collector's edition) but still taking vacation days on Nov 14th, 15th & 16th so I can find out for myself, that will give me five days uninterrupted to see if it will take the place of FO4.

Been buying a lot of collectibles too, also been buying up glass displays, getting more and more things in place to open my own store, I am now just on the underside of 60, and I am planning on retiring at 62 and opening my own place. "Bear Bones Collectibles and Comics". No, I don't know squat about comics, but it is a big draw, along with D&D gaming, Magic and other community style games, and the town I live in, does not have a store like that in any capacity except a Gamestop, which of course does not carry comics or any real amount of collectibles.

My only real complaint about upcoming games is CoD; they are doing away with the campaign, which means my string of owning all the CoD games comes to an end, but they wish to compete with PUBG & Fortnite and no longer feel a campaign is necessary, so I guess I won't find it necessary to buy the next BO CoD game.

Anyway, even though I left the site, I still visited the Clan almost every day at 4AM, and hated seeing it become so stagnant, so I thought I would give it another try and do what I can to get us back on track with the gaming aspect.

I come here for things that take my mind off my 80 hour a week job and the daily dealing with the problems of people, this is a small escape from reality, and with 100 employees under me, I deal with many people problems daily. I come here to forget about those things, and focus on the things that bring me joy and allow my little escape from reality. I think that new souls that come here, are here to get involved in a gaming group, not to hear about all our own personal trials and tribulations. Don't get me wrong, I have empathy for all that must deal with the reality of life, but when the site seems to dedicate itself to that only, then very few will come to visit and even fewer will become involved.

Throw me out if you want, but that is my feelings and would love to see the Clan come back to the glory days when we gamed together and discussed those games and our hopes, joys and disappointments associated with the games that a Clan member loves.

So, I will promise to be active, but only as a gaming group site dealing with Warrior type games and share my personal collection items like new games, old games, collectible art, toys, action figures and statues. They are part of my escape and my plan for my twilight years.

So Warriors, what have you been playing lately?

Bear, it's so good to see you here again. I missed you.

I have been playing Borderlands and Borderlands 2 lately. I still love the series. I do need help defeating the boss at the end of BL1.

Well, I am currently unemployed. I resigned my position as the General Manager of the company I have been with for four years. I am now at a cross roads. I am getting old, and really don't want to deal with the stress of managing 100 people and 15 to 18 million dollars of work a year. It makes for very long days and to be factual, I am tired of the constant battle with the clients. So, for the next few weeks, I am going to investigate my options of fulfilling my dream and opening up my own business. My little town does not have a comic book shop, and I dream and desire to open "Bear Bones Collectibles and Comics". I already have access to retail space, and have a LOT of stock already in my possession; games, controllers, baseball cards, autographed baseball cards, hundreds of statues, 30 or so old school GI Joes and quite a bit more stuff, may even sell off most of my video games which in hard copy is well over 900. All my apparent frivolous buying habits have been with this in mind for several years now. I have a friend up in Clermont, Florida that has a comic shop, and I will be working with him, free of course, for a few days a week for the next several weeks learning more about comic book processes. I have ran many companies in my career, but never a "retail" business, but what the hey, if it doesn't work out, then I can always go back to telling people how to move dirt, build utilities and roads, for me that is stuff I can do in my sleep.

I do find this more exhilarating and scary than taking on a 20 million dollar civil project, but it is time to learn and move on to a more stress free life doing something I am passionate about. Note, I have always been passionate about what I do, but just getting too old to deal with the long hours and incessant stress.

Wish me luck guys, but in any sense, whether I open the store or go back to construction, I won't even look for a job for at least four weeks. Time to take a break, game a little, spend some time in the wind (ride my motorcycle) and relax.

Take care and game on

That's wonderful! I always root out for people who follow their passion.
and starting you very own business is always a good way to start your future when you're going to your twilight years.
That's what my parents always told me to aim on, so I guess I can somehow relate or feel familiar of what you're thinking of.
I'm still in College so I got a pretty long road for me.
still I'm rooting for you! Go follow your dreams!

That is incredible! I seriously wish you the best of luck and I'll pray for your success! You're going to become a popular shop! Make a FB page for your business or a wix and I'll share it with people.
