I played an hour of RDR2 today and it wasn't too bad. If I can continue like this games will take a Loooooooooooooong time to beat but at least I can play them. I have to take it easy. While eventually they can treat the carpal. There is no cure for the RSI and Hypersensitivity so I can't afford to make it worse. I'd love a controller for my feet!

With my neurological condition this will take a very long time to get through if I can at all. Happy to have them finally though

Shenmue 2 is one of the most memorable and spiritual games I've ever played.

I was hoping your health was getting better when I saw you on the X1 the other day, hopefully cutting down your time on the consoles will help and you can spread your playtime out a bit more.

I'll get to Shenmue after RDR2. I had to delete it to fit RDR2 on the console.

Yeah I thought I was too, but the tablets aren't as good as I fist believed. You are correct too.

Well this is exciting news! I got contacted by Ian Hamilton a man who helps disabled gamers to game again and apparently there might be a way for me to play X1 games with my feet! I'll look into it more tomorrow but if I could do that it'd be incredible!!!

Sorry I've been gone. Had to go through more testing. I'm surprised I have any blood left lol.

I sorry you have had to go through all of this. Get better fast and post here when you can my friend.

Hope you can get back to gaming like before. Maybe cybernetic implants are not too far away, so you can somehow use your hands effectively like before.

Yesterday I got a needle jammed into my rump. 1000mgs of testosterone. My fear levels have dropped a bit and I have more energy. My brain was making me tired by working overtime creating testosterone. This needle that I will have to endure 4 times a year will give my brain a break. Hands and arms still hurt though so I have to take it easy.

Pillars if Eternity and POEII Deadfire are great games that I have taught myself to play with my left hand on the PC. I can play then longer. I was contacted by Ian Hamilton (Accessibility specialist, helping studios avoid excluding gamers with disabilities). He told me about several controllers designed for people like me. If the doctors can't cure my hands or they get worse I'll be buying the Xbox Adaptive Controller and possibly the 3drudder for PC. There is nothing for the PlayStation yet but I've contacted them.

Masiv a long time ago you posted about the Xbox Adaptive Controller. Do you know where the link to it is? I had no idea what that was until now.

One of the guys who designed it contacted me and I thanked him too.

Nope still getting tired in waves through the day... My hands feel a little stronger though which is nice after months of pain.

Sure, it's in General Discussion - Gaming Injuries.

Thanks. I'm in agony today. I wish I had something.

I think the testosterone shot gave me too much confidence in my hands for a couple of days. Tried playing Hitman 2 for well over an hour and I regretted it. When I MP with you guys I'll have to play for an hour. I'd give another ten if the pain isn't bad and we are in a firefight, but i have to be careful.

Well I got a phone call from my doctor today. It looks like I have a rare condition and I shouldn't expect a long life. Don't worry I'll prob be around for another 30 years, I hope.

Don't worry? You can't hit us with that and then say "don't worry". You are family to us. Good thoughts to you.

I hope your day was really good (play a little and no pain).

I had a great birthday. Thanks guys. Hands were good and I played too much. Can't let myself forget to stop. I wish I could join the next MP 74 session buy I'll need to rest my thumbs. Hopefully next time 👍
