I am now stuck trying to kill Jack. I jumped into Bear's game (level 52) this morning for a few minutes, and now I'm in my own game, but the level 52 Jack carried over into my game. I've tried everything I know but I'm not even close. I've lost all my money again. HELP. :\

That's what happens when you accepted a quest when you have a teammate that has a higher level than you, i recommend getting a weapon called Ogre, no doubt one of my favorite weapon in the game, you can pretty much kill any enemies and bosses solo and with minimal effort.

Jim, I was a level fifty when I went into the mission the first time and everything was above me. Jack was a 52. I'll help you out this evening if you are on when I get home from work.

Rocket Launcher, Homing Grenade and shock weapons is how I beat it.

Bear, thank you, thank you, thank you. I couldn't have beat him without you. I'm sorry we had to clear Hero's Pass again. I was hoping we could start with Jack, then move on to the Warrior. But, we did it.

My fourth legendary item was dropped by the Warrior. It's a sniper rifle called the Barking Volcano. It's made for long range, but if the Volcano is fired at tightly packed groups of enemies the fire will spread to other targets in close proximity to the primary target.

I'm starting in UVHM this weekend. Wish me luck.

Bear and I started our UVHM trek this weekend, but I have some disturbing news to report. This mode is to hard for us. It's not fun to fight guys that are so hard to kill and we spend our time reviving each other and hiding until our shields recharge. It's to bad too. I've gone back to my level 13 Machromancer for some more shootin and lootin fun.

I was wondering who that guy was. Wow, that is indeed quite awesome! Thanks for sharing.

In my rush around the town, I never noticed Michael standing around. There have been times I really could have used a purple or blue weapon before heading out on my next mission. I will make a point to meet Michael in Sanctuary soon and get a weapon from him. Rest easy my friend. We could have been great warriors together.

My Machromancer is now at level 22 and I'm working on missions in the Oasis.

Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty was the first in a series of downloadable expansion packs. I'm just now playing it. The pirate world is vast and the missions are plentiful. Keep in mind that I've played through the game two times and I'm still finding new areas and missions to do. What a game.

So, I'm playing this game called Border....something, and I come across this side mission I haven't played before. It's given to me by Marcus down in his gun shop/range. He says something about getting this gun, the Bane, in a mission by the same name.

I have to go to the Dust to get it. This guy, McNally, is a mini-boss who lives in The Dust during the Bane mission. McNally bought the Bane from Horace and it drove him insane. He has a pair of scissors lodged in his right ear canal and some dinner utensils in his left.

When I killed McNally, he dropped my fifth legendary weapon called the Deadshot Hammer Buster.

Because of the incredibly high raw bullet damage of the Hammer Buster, a user with a good trigger finger can wreak havoc on any foe, and it can easily outperform other weapons in terms of raw damage output.

I'm a level 30 Mechromancer as of last night. I guess I'm going to play all the side missions this time for an achievement award.

That is an AWESOME gun! Congratz on getting it.

I was working on my Mechromancer character today when I got my sixth legendary item. It is The Transformer. The Transformer is a legendary absorb shield manufactured by Vladof. It was dropped from Pimon located in the Wildlife Exploitation Preserve.

Although the Transformer does not have an exceptional bonus to absorb chance, it may be highly useful in situations due to its ability to recharge from shock damage. In particular it is effective when fighting loaders and surveyors because of their electrical bolt attacks.

I'm now at level 32.

My Mechromancer character faced Jack today for the first time (as soon as I killed Jack, I leveled up to a 35). As a level 35, she defeated the Warrior and he dropped my seventh legendary item, the Sticky Homing Fire Leech.

The Leech is a tactical/support grenade mod with greatly reduced damage and blast radius, and as such it's not suited for players looking for a destructive grenade. While common transfusion grenades, after doing damage, release healing trails that search for allies and heal them, the Leech instantly converts any damage done to health. This nullifies one of the main problems of transfusion grenades: Healing trails disappearing after a distance without healing the characters, or being stuck between obstacles.

I went on XBL last night before bed and I saw Bearmeat playing BL2. So, I jumped into his game and we were both using our Deathtrap Robots at the same time, clearing out dead souls from the Dragons Keep DLC. That was a first. Two robots can clear out some bad guys.

Sunday was a good day in the Borderland. I leveled up to 42 and got my eighth Legendary weapon. It's called the Onslaught Verue. I got it in the Wildlife Preserve. (Did you notice that several legendary weapons seem to come from the Preserve?) It increases movement speed and gun damage for a short time upon killing an enemy. The effect lasts for seven seconds.

Unlike the picture, mine is a level 42 with a damage of 2589x3.

Two robots can definitely put in some work. Thanks for you help with beating the Dragon's Keep DLC, it was fun. THe Onslaught Verue looks like a pretty sick rifle; DAHL rifles are pretty great.

I leveled up to 45 today and got my ninth Legendary weapon. It was a Relic for a Siren so I couldn't use it. I sold it for about 15 thousand dollars. Oh boy. I kind of hated to see it go but, oh well, I need the room in my backpack for other things.

I hope you're not sick of reading about me still playing this addictive game.

Today was a good day in the Borderland. I was a level 49 Mechromancer and I didn't have much money, about 45 thousand. I needed to get some fast cash and get to level 50 so I could start "The Talon of God" and finish the game.

I remembered that the Christmas DLC, "How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day" was full of presents with lots of cash. I had already played the DLC, but the game respawned the presents full of cash. I left with 250 thousand and a level 50.

I defeated Jack and the Warrior and started a new game in Ultimate VH mode. Now remember that my Psycho character is stuck in UVH mode at Level 51. The good news is that the Mechromancer, with her Robot is moving on. I have passed the stuck area and defeated Captain Flynt and I think I can press on for a while. Yeah.

Bearmeat, I would love it if you could bring your Mechromancer up to 50 and join me for some carnage in the Borderland.
