I am currently playing Starpoint Gemini 2, Bear likes the looks of it so I though I would post some details here about the game. I have only played about 6 hours so far and explored very little of the map but it is a great deal of fun, can't comment on the story yet it is very mysterious.

Can be bought on the Steam store and Xbox 1 store.

It is a space sim/RPG hybrid that has a skill systems and a perk system which you can invest in when you level up. The skills and perks improve your ships and or your fleet, I am not sure how the fleet system works since I only have my little starter ships at the minute and the tutorial is very bare boned, in fact it doesn't do much and you are left to figure out most things on your own.

The game has two modes which are campaign and free roam, it reminds me a great deal of games like Freelancer where you can play anyway you wish such are being a pirate, bounty hunter or a by the book type and Starfleet Commands more tactical combat of managing your shields and subsystems to help you overcome enemies. You also get to choose from three professions when you start Commander,Gunner and Engineer.

The video below shows you the start of the game including picking the class and some details on what each one does for you.

I am pondering this one, I hate digital release only. As a collector (minor one) I like to have the physical copies of all my games. I have often thought of taking empty cases and making my own labels for my digital games, just so I can actually see the full list. Anal, I know!

Not a big fan of digital games either I don't keep many games, I like trading in to get new games and only keep games I know I will replay. I have maybe one shelf for old original xbox/ps2/pc games and smaller one that has x360/ps4/X1 games and that's it for games I have kept.

I like the idea of making your own labels though, I collect DVDs,CDs and Blu-rays and very seldom get rid of those I have a fairly large collection of movies and TV shows compared to games. Got a 3 large shelf sets that are all almost full, in the process of converting all my DVDs to Blu-Ray but I suspect by the time I finish doing that we'll be onto another format.

Last played Assassin's Creed Unity: Dead Kings. and the whole ACU Campaign though. I must say, ACU would be better off without the co-op play. I mean I could do those stealth missions alone! having another Assassin won't make it faster unless it does make it faster but all I see is just requirements for Uplay and stuff. but meh it's just another obstacle for people with no friends like me.

Been playing a little bit of a lot; Banjo Kazooie, Galaga, Fallout 3. Waiting for that game that takes my interest from FO4, have tried the Division, SW Battlefront, nothing seems to set the hook in me, yet. New hope coming this month, Battleborn today, next few weeks, Doom, Uncharted 4, Homefront Revolution, but the 19th I get sucked back into FO4. Damn game is tough for me to get away from.

Thanks JC, I might get into it more with co-op friends. I only played the 1st mission or two, I couldn't seem to get the feel for the weapons controls.

Playing Tree of Savior for the moment, it's some sort of Korean MMO and was said to be the successor of Ragnarok Online. I was a big on RO when I was a kid maybe this'll be good maybe not, since it's F2P. Bot, Spammers and some other delinquents might take advantage of it. So far it's really fun, although it's not as challenging as I thought. it's even easier than Diablo III and that's speaking volumes. Diablo III bosses can be easy but quite time taking if the difficulty is cranked up.

What I enjoy about this is that I get to go partying with other players at the start of the game. So if Brother decides to stay in the game I'll accompany him all the way. I'm always game for some Co-operative game!

I just finished watching the Anime recently, yeah I'm a bit late for this time around. I enjoyed the Series. so much drama and at the same time the Story is well narrated. not much Mumbo jumbo even though I expected it to be like that. but I'm not complaining. Episode 25 is really an enjoyable episode Last and great ending!
